Recode the Quo is an Austin-based organization founded by leaders in the Austin tech community.

Our mission is to help the Austin-based startup tech community be more equitable, inclusive and diverse. We act as co-conspirators through building relationships, fostering a constructive ecosystem, and providing tools and resources to heal our city and build a new paradigm of business success.

Our signature program is is a 6 session workshop and custom consulting session that helps Austin startup tech companies become more equitable, inclusive, and diverse.
